Proxy Gateways

We have a document from NCSA re Proxy Gateway Support in Mosaic. And
we suspect that this is on the "hairy edge," only supported in Windows
Mosaic 2.0a2 and later. But we would very much like to hear from people who
may be writing a p/g CGI module and/or other p/g utilities
