Does anyone know the details of installing Mosaic on a PC that does not
have network connection ? (This may seem bizarre but it is necessary to
read HTML docs produced.)

As I understood, nullsock.dll is necessary in the windows/system dir.
This however has not stopped the windows messages "Call to undefined dynalink"
on various occasions.

Worse still is the win32 version which shuts windows good and proper on exit.

Any help available ?
