There have been a few bug fixes in the WWWLibrary. (This product is needed for
the line mode and Viola browers.) Bug fixes between 1.0b and 1.0c are as
follows:

- Fixed bug in FTP handling (FTP file retrieve put control connection in bad
state)

- Fixed bug in Gopher handling on non-ASCII platforms.

- Fixed bug in Gopher search of index whose name contained characters (such as
blanks) escaped with %.

- Fixed bug in NEWS handling: failed on non-ASCII platforms.

I have released a version 1.0c which is in ftp://ifo.cern.ch/pub/www/src as
usual. For differences between earlier versions consult
http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/Library/Features.html .
