Does anybody know where I can get posts from previous months in
different newsgroups? I would like to be able to re-read
articles.
Is there an FTP site that contains old news articles???

Some FTP sites you might want to try include:
cheops.cis.ohio-state.edu 128.146.8.62
tut.cis.ohio-state.edu 128.146.8.60
wsmr-simtel20.army.mil 26.2.0.74
wuarchive.wustl.edu 128.252.135.4
xanth.cs.odu.edu 128.82.8.1
These mostly archive moderated groups, but other things are stored in
some of them.

I am also very interested in knowing where the articles of each newsgroup
are archived and can be ftp'ed. The above addresses are not very helpful.
Is there a list of newsgroup-site(s)?

There are no designated sites for archiving newsgroups. (With maybe
an exception or two.) There are many sites for the sources newsgroups
but only a few for others. The only way to find out what each site has
is to go look.
