Federal District Judge Clarence C Newcomer denies Apple Computer's request

The Franklin Computer Corporation said Judge Clarence C. Newcomer of Federal District Court had denied Apple Computer's request for a preliminary injunction against Franklin. Apple had accused Franklin of patent and copyright infringement after Franklin's introduction of the Ace Computer in March. The hardware and software for the Ace are compatible with the Apple II.
