[Linux-streams] Final version of LiS
Dave Grothe
Wed, 13 Oct 2004 09:50:58 -0700

The LiS-2.18 just posted on the Gcom FTP site will be the final version of LiS to be published
there. I am no longer going to support LiS for those who are not Gcom customers.

If anyone would like to take up the support responsibilities for LiS, please feel free to do so.
In the past year or so there are at least two members of this list who have averred that they
can do a better job at implementing STREAMS for Linux than I can. Gentlemen, now is your
opportunity.

Thank you all for the contributions that you have made over the years.

Dave

Dave,

First I would like to thank you for the contributions you have made to
LiS. You have gone above and beyond in the quality of service you have
given the LiS group.

Dave, how does someone submit fixes?

Thanks again,
Jeff

Anyone can e-mail fixes, but I make no representation that I will
incorporate them or publish or support the resulting source code.
