Greg suggests turning this into a newsgroup. I think this is
premature. Yes, our volume is currently high, but that's typical of
new mailing lists -- when a topic is fresh, you always get a burst of
activity, as people explore the basics. We should shortly be getting
down to brass tacks, and I'd bet that the volume will fall off at that
point -- it's always harder to discuss the concrete. If, in a few
weeks, we're still running at a feverish volume, then it's appropriate
to think about make it into a newsgroup. Doing so when the list is
less than a week old is jumping the gun...
