DON'T LIMIT VRML

Has everyone forgotten the term "Device Independence". I think that
VRML should be developed as if the computer it ran on didn't matter(it
doesn't). Why limit VRML because some people aren't going to have fast
net links or computers. Do people avoid writing HTML documents with bitmaps,
or sound, or forms because not everyone can enjoy it?

Let software developers worry about what features to include/exclude from
VRML browsers according to their platforms strong/weak points.

I don't think planning for a target system consisting of a 14.4 modem and
laptop is the way to go. Nor do I feel that a CDROM is even close to
device independent.

My $.05 keep the change ;^)
