CNIDR keeps copies of freeWAIS at ftp.cnidr.org (128.109.179.4) in
/pub/NIDR.tools/freewais. In the freewais tar archive I think there is a
free www<-->wais gateway. You can find sfgate which is also a wais
gateway to the web at:
