Is List Server Down?

Forgive a question about the list server, but I religiously saved the
message sent to me by the server when I joined this list, and now that I
want help from the server I get a message back saying

> Agora: Retrieving WWW Documents through E-mail
> <Agora@w3.org> is temporarily out-of-service.

This was not the server I sent my request to (listserv@www0.cern.ch)! Has
the server changed when I wasn't looking, or do I just sit and wait a few
days for Agoras to revive?
