What's right to use according to the standard and standards to come of
the following:

<P></P>, <LI></LI>, <DT></DT>, <DD></DD>

or without closing tags

<P>, <LI>, <DT>, <DD>

I looked at the 2.0 DTD, but couldn't figure out what's right.
