I offer an Internet-based class on HTML for beginning developers, The
HTML CyberClass(TM). The cost of the class is $150 (U.S.), but the class
outline is available for free to anyone over the WWW at

It contains some useful links for beginners, as well as an overall
structure for learning the fundamentals of HTML and the effective
development and use of homepages.
