Any suggestions on the following ?
(if it has already been covered then I apologise for having missed it)

Sound adds an extra dimension to visual information. Sounds should be
associated with individual or groups of visual items and should be
played when the associated items are within view (override options
available of course).

a construct such as

<AUDIO SRC="URL for the sound file" ....various other options....>

some text bulk,
some image bulk etc

would allow audio files to be pulled up and cached and heard when
anything within the body is being viewed.
