outlines

It would be nice to allow definitions lists with an outline style added. In
this way it would be possible to use the <dt> term as the label of the outline
and the text contained within the <dd></dd> as the outline contents, which
could be collapsed/expanded.
Are someone else who would like this functionality? If there is enough
interest I could soup together a patch for html v3.
