images not displaying clearly

We are having problems with the displaying of images using Netscape with 256
color card. The URL is:
http://www.softworks.com/
The image that is of particular interest is on the "Consultants" page
(http://www.softworks.com/consult.html). The other image is on the
"President" page (http://www.softworks.com/pres.html).
If anyone can let me know what the problem is and how do I go about fixing
this problem, I would appreciate hearing from them. Please reply by e-mail.
