That is the case. I confess that I don't know how I discovered it, but it
definitely turns off history caching in Netscape. Set it on a form, for
instance, and you don't have to worry about the user resubmitting it - if
they go back to it, it's been reloaded.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
