MDMA tells solaris to let if have as many file descriptors as it wants-
(this did lead to an amusing bug when a cgi script called sendmail, which
then tried to close all available file descriptors- cgi scripts called by MDMA
are reset to the default number of file descriptors).

As for the other points - some of then are addressed in my previous message;
issues relating to HTTP/2.0 and 3.0 were discussed extensively at the HTTP BOF
in Chicago, and I'm going to be working with Dave Ragget down at the HP labs
in Bristol to try out some sample implementations before the IETF meeting
in December
