tkWWW-0.11pre3 has been moved to /pub/www/dev on info.cern.ch.
Included in that directory is the compressed tar file for the program,
along with already compiled binaries for the decmips and linux. If
you are running either decmips and linux, you can download those
binaries and run tkWWW without compilation.

If other people would volunteer to generate binaries on other
platforms, I would appreciate it.
