What? Where do you get that from?
SGML does not allow multiple occurrences of the same
attribute. I thought.

I think that a short-term solution is to use
multiple IP addresses (in fact on different machines)
for the same server domain name.

Anyone want to start talking about a practical
URN scheme? Interest? Someone got a project to do?
Using DNS to find appropriate large index servers?
