PLEASE UPGRADE OR FORWARD THEM THIS NOTE!
Versions of httpd 1.0 previous to a3 had a serious bug in init_mime which
would cause them to incorrectly type certain files.

o .htaccess files now affect subdirectories
o Added option FollowSymLinks for security
