NCSA Mosaic for X 2.0 prerelease 3 available

Source, plus binaries for Sun, IBM, SGI.

This prerelease is a major revision and provides lots of new
functionality. It is unstable, and MANY THINGS DO NOT WORK like they
did in 2.0p2 (e.g., Gopher, binary transfer mode, transparent
uncompression, telnet/rlogin URLs, use of NCSA WAIS gateway) -- please
do not distribute this widely or install it for general use.

This prerelease is mainly of interest due to new HTTP/1.0 support,
native WAIS support, a new and improved HTML widget, fill-out forms,
and a few other things. We encourage those of you who are interested
to bash on it and let us know what you think.

Comments and feedback appreciated -- however, THIS IS UNSUPPORTED
CODE. If you want stability, get Mosaic 1.2 (/Mosaic/xmosaic-binaries
and /Mosaic/xmosaic-source).
