html.dtd & Intellitag

I just talked to someone at WordPerfect who said that the dtd should work
but that we would have to 'group` some of the stuff together in order to
get some of the quantity statements to work with their system imposed
limits. I personally don't know enough about SGML to have the slightest clue
what he was talking about (hell, I'm having to learn perl just to munge stuff
so I can get other things on the web). Does anyone out there know what he
is talking about enough to fix the dtd?

I'm even willing to donate an account on my machine for anyone that can
help me get the dtd working with Intellitag. That, MacTCP's 12k leak, and
Cello and/or PCMosaic are the 3 things keeping me from shutting down
every gopher server on campus in favor of a web server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
