Cern Server Has problems

Sorry to clutter up the airwaves with this announcement, but
it seemed important enough.

This is a request for anyone at CERN who is listening and
can take actions!!!!!!

The CERN HTTP server is returning "Can't open log file ..."
at the top of EVERY file. This is severely screwing up
all mime header interpretations and shows up on every
screen. If anyone can fix the server please do, otherwise
call someone you know at CERN and tell them about it. :)
