Announcement: Latex to HTML v0.2 available

Version 0.1.2 of the Latex to HTML translator is now available.

Several bugs have been fixed and the format of the inlined images
has been changed from GIF to XBM. These look much better on color
monitors. Also the navigation icons are part of the distribution and
a new command line option can supress the navigation links at the top
of each page.

Two short sections on how to embed hypertext links in a Latex document
and how to tell the translator of the syntax of unknown commands
that should be ignored have been added to the documentation.

Several people have reported problems when using earlier versions
of perl which impose tighter syntax restrictions. The translator
is known to work with version 4.0 (RCSfile: perl.c,v -
Revision: 4.0.1.8 - Date:1993/02/05 19:39:30 - Patch level: 36).
