I'm just trying to figure it all out. I imagined a simple set of
pairs of strings, URNs and URLs.

If I have a large hierarchical set of files (a chunked book), do
I have to give each chunk a URN for this system to be useful?
Would it be possible to give a URN for the top-level file in
the set, as determined by GROUP attributes?

It's okay with me if a lot of info is required to register with
Register. An HTML FORM would be useful as a front end.
