I am ready to make changes to Lynx to implement the following improvements.

<link rev=made href="mailto:montulli@ukanaix.cc.ukans.edu">

and

<a href="mailto:montulli@ukanvax.bitnet">

The first change, the "link" tag will enable document owners to
be defined in a document so that comments can be mailed directly
to the persons responsible for the documents content.

The second change, the "mailto:" url added to an anchor tag, will allow
mailing to anyone defined in the link.

Is this the way it should be done? Cello has done it this way so I
assume it is.
