info.cern.ch has been unreachable for large parts of several days
recently (or, if reachable, it has been unusable). This is because it
has too much reliance on an ULTRIC file server which has had DEC
engineers running round trying to find hardware problems. I hope the
problemis fixed now, but we will take steps to make info less dependent
on it in the future.
