Company's Common Stock Will Trade Under ``IFMC''

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2000--SkyLynx Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:SKYK) today confirmed that the company's name has been changed to Inforum Communications Inc. and will trade on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol "IFMC" beginning at the opening of trading on Monday, May 1, 2000.

As announced earlier this week, the name change is part of the company's restructuring to focus on Internet infrastructure opportunities. Inforum Communications, Inc. will serve as the parent company of SkyLynx, now Inforum Networks, as well as three additional portfolio holdings and equity-ownership strategic partners: 2Cactus Development, Inc., LogicTree Corporation and PDGT.COM Inc.
